Thriveo is a cognitive training subscription app for children aged 6 to 16, operated by Thriveo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Thriveo.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. By creating an account you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you set up on Thriveo. Thriveo is designed for children aged 6 to 16. You are responsible for ensuring Thriveo is used appropriately by children in your care.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@thriveoapp.com.
Thriveo offers a free tier and a premium subscription.
Free tier: Includes 3 questions a day and a basic parent dashboard. No payment required.
Premium subscription: £3.99 per month for one child. £7.99 per month for unlimited children.
Free trial: New premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. Cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to: use Thriveo for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account; reverse engineer or copy any part of the Thriveo app; use Thriveo to transmit harmful, abusive or offensive content; attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
All content in Thriveo, including the app design, question bank, Evo character, branding and software, is owned by Thriveo Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of Thriveo without our written permission.
We aim to keep Thriveo available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or make changes to the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriveo Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other matter that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Thriveo after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
